End the Pennsylvania Anthracite Coal Giveaway!

For decades now, Congress has year after year continued to re-authorize a provision in the Defense Appropriations Bill mandating that the Kaiserslautern military base in Germany purchase anthracite coal from Pennsylvania coal mines. 

There are plentiful alternate energy resources to power our military bases that are more environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
